Russell has been coming to Frankton regularly for the past 45 years and two years ago built a new home and has retired here from his long term employment as an insurance broker in Christchurch. 

Russell and his wife have a son living in Queenstown and two daughters, one in Christchurch and the other in Perth, WA. Four grandchildren keeps them busy at holiday time,whilst golf, cycling and walking occupy the time also. 

Russell is keenly interested in Frankton's wellbeing and sees the FCA as an excellent vehicle to allow residents to achieve good outcomes for issues that concern them.
